If you’ve spent even a little time working with ChatGPT or similar AI tools, you’ve probably noticed that these programs operate based on human data. It’s human intelligence — whether through computer engineers, or content creators on the internet, magazines, scientific journals, books, and newspapers — that shapes artificial intelligence. So, if you rely on AI for even the smallest tasks and lack your own thinking and creativity, it’s worth pausing and reflecting on your own capabilities.
I’m not suggesting you become a data engineer or an AI researcher. For now, use it as an assistant, helper, and companion. Human intelligence has always surpassed machine intelligence. A machine is only a tool. Also, be aware of AI’s influence on social media — TikTok, Instagram, and other similar apps are equipped with AI and are increasingly influencing users who follow them blindly.

I, myself use artificial intelligence to help write these pieces, but I always provide the original data myself and use it for editing, suggestions, or improvements — not to give it a topic and have it generate everything for me. My books, human data, and personal experiences still shape the content.
